went for DB training ytd! so tiring..ran 5 km non-stop, 6 sets of 20 pushs up, 30 crunches, 20 jumping jack, one min plus ridging..then went for our first pool rowing..yipppee..it was tough all i can say..tests coming up next week and i wonder how im going to study..haizim tired)=
